Health logs: medication entries, counter values, notes, and tags you submit.

Device/usage data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and reliability.

Provide the service and store your entries.

Send caregiver notifications and daily summaries if configured.

Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with service providers needed to operate SimpleMedLog (e.g., email delivery) or when required by law.

You control your data. You can delete entries by removing them in the app or by contacting support.
